Delete your Javee account
You can delete your JaveeAds (Javee) account and its data at any time.
From the app or website
Log in, open Menu → Settings (business accounts) or Menu → My profile (personal accounts), scroll to “Delete account”, type DELETE and confirm.

If you can’t log in, email javi@tapygo.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.

Your profile, photos, posts, reels, coupons, messages, comments, reviews, quote requests, follows, referrals and recommendations. Active plans are cancelled. Payment records that the law requires us to keep are kept by Stripe, our payment processor.
